For parents of kids with ADHD who want to go from overwhelmed and wondering how to help
to confident that their support plan meets their child's needs, fostering growth & independence...
... without trial and error.

This heavily discounted training will ensure your child gets the support they need to thrive!

"Okay, now that I know it's ADHD, I can support them"
Sounds pretty simple, right? Yeah right...
Say "sounds simple" to any parent of a child diagnosed with ADHD and watch them roll their eyes.
They know how little advice there is for this condition.
Some schools may give parents some help for managing their child at home, but too often parents are left on their own to research, find support groups and figure out what will work for their child.
It can be a tough journey. Where to start? What helps the most? Will this work for my child?
Understanding medication, natural approaches, nutrition vs. picky eating, what therapists, how to handle big emotions, sensory processing, how to help struggling students… and the list goes on!

The ADHD Action Plan was created to help anxious, overwhelmed parents support their child with confidence.

This distills the most impactful takeaways I've collected from raising my own 4 kids, interviewing 50+ experts, and studying 40+ books on the subject. This information helped my family move from stressed out to happy & flourishing, and I'm here to share it all with YOU!

Why do you need an ADHD roadmap?
Simply put, when you are able to see the big picture of ADHD support options, you can move forward in a way that is purposeful and unique to your child's behaviors, symptoms, and capabilities.

Many parents like you find that their child's school isn't as helpful as they'd have liked, and available therapy options don't provide well-rounded guidance.

Then when you search online, you find that there's way too much fluff — information overload kicks in before you've had a chance to figure out what's a gimick and what's useful in the first place!

You want to educate yourself.

You want to make like easier for your child.

But time is ticking away while you scramble to integrate & apply everything you learn - time that you could be helping your child grow & succeed!

I know, because I've been in your shoes...
I'm Veronica, founder of ADHD, What Now? and mom to 4 amazing kids.

I spent four LONG years struggling to figure out what to do after our first child was diagnosed with ADHD.

I eventually discovered that there were 3 areas that I could best support my child, and overlooking any (or all) of these 3 areas would result in stagnated progress, low self-esteem, and heightened stress for everyone in our family.

When I noticed my second child struggling, I was better equipped to evaluate and support them, jumping into action to help close the gap quickly.

Our therapist recently said that they are "making progress faster than [they've] ever seen", and their teacher told me that my kiddo was "more engaged in school and learning."

These results can be possible for you too.

From knowing where to start...
To get a complete picture or your unique child and understanding their specific needs...
To celebrating their strengths and helping them take ownership of their success...
To knowing who to call for support and what to say...
To steps to take to reduce your own stress level...
To actually change when change is hard...
To parenting the way you imagined, rather than feeling guilty...
To how to help the child reach their full potential...
I’m sharing all I know (and all you need to know) so you can proudly watch as your child grows in their abilities, reaches their potential at home, and thrives in school, with friends, and in life.
This is for YOU if...

You just got a diagnosis the struggles of daily life leave you staying up late watching TV to recover. You want to know where to start, and pick your next steps, without hours at the mercy of your Google search engine.

You’ve been on the journey a while and it feels like nothing works. Perhaps your skeptical about this program too, because you’ve spent so much time and money you feel jaded.

Your intuition is telling you there is something more to what’s going on and you want to really understand your child and be empowered to take steps that turn running from homework to doing it without being reminded.

You're tired of feeling lost about what tools you need to teach, how to help them learn the skills they need, and which resources can best support their brain and body development.

You, like all of us, have limits on time and money, so you want to balance where to hire professionals and what you can support at home so you can make progress and save money.

You want to learn exactly what comprehensive ADHD support looks like so that you can select what your family needs most right now, and rest easy knowing what your next step is when you are ready.

And it's even MORE for you if...

You’ve tried to solve this problem before by running a google search but were overloaded with information and never ended up figuring it out.

Everything you have tried so far hasn’t gotten you where you want, and you feel like you want to give up

You want to feel confident you’ve covered your bases in supporting your child's success and helping them thrive, not just survive.

Don't waste another second!

Is it worth it? Hear from these parents:
All the resources you have shared for me, Veronica, have been great. And honestly it’s a great course, you should raise up the price, definitely, it’s worth much more.

I have so much head knowledge, have done so much research, and the emails, the content that you put forward, the way you do it, is really special.

Honestly, the whole thing has just been motivating. Because that’s what I needed. I get stuck in the too many choices, or being overwhelmed. And I’m going to hear you in my head over and over, that you can just do these tiny bits, tiny steps. It was just the motivation that I needed. And all of it has been so helpful, the worksheets, the videos, it’s been incredible.

I love the “progress, not perfection”. That is something that I’m really working on, that we’re trying to work on here at home, that it’s progress, not perfection.
Everything that you’ve put together is super helpful because I was like you. To some extent I still am just because, unfortunately I have FOMO, and I’m like “ok well, what if I miss that article that’s gonna be the thing?”
I’m always looking for the thing, because what I’ve found it hasn’t been it. I haven’t found what I’m looking for yet, so I keep looking. And so now I feel much more confident in knowing what I’m looking for, because of the class that we’ve done.
I’m feeling much more confident and put together in how we’re going to approach this, and we’re gonna do it together, and we’re gonna do it with tiny steps, and we’re gonna do it with the idea in mind that it’s progress, not perfection.

Fast forward a few years, and my son is now receiving accolades from his teacher for his math improvement and kind treatment of others on the playground.

When my next child started experiencing school refusal and anxiety, I drew on skills I'd learned with my first:

    - Knowing which practitioner to seek for what and how to find one who really gets it.
    - What I needed to know about this kiddo's unique body chemistry and development.
    - What order of support to employ to make progress faster.

Since then, I have shared what I've learned to help other parents who were struggling as I was so that they can feel confident and find peace in their journey.
  • Will you answer questions if I get stuck?
Absolutely! Email with questions anytime at

Your membership provides online resources which can be helpful to caregivers worldwide. The vast majority of the terminology and specifics of accessing help are are in terms for the United States. For example, Occupational therapist may have a slightly different term in another country. The process to acquire OT and insurance coverage is predominantly shared from a US perspective.

Where possible, I reference online programs, or practitioner search databases that are available internationally.
The big ideas and search criteria and questions to ask can translate. It is my goal to expand to include more international details in the future.
